   8 * Install MS Visual Studio 2012 with C++ support and Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 R2 to get 64-bit compiler
   9 * Open native/vs2012/fastlz.sln in Visual Studio 2012
  10 * Select ''Batch Build'' from the solution context menu, select Win32 + x64 Release and press ''Rebuild''
  11 * The build will copy the resulting fastlz-windows-{x86,x86_64}.dll into src/
