   2 downloaded from the dev.java.net site that has since been closed.

   4 Note that we do not extend the code in this library, we only use
   5 the library as is. Therefore we are using it according to the
   6 "CLASSPATH" EXCEPTION TO THE GPL as stated in LICENSE.txt meaning
   7 the code using this library does not have to be GPLv2 licensed.

  12 to individuals or companies who download or otherwise access the code.
