  16 <p>The first element of the &#39;args&#39; parameter defines what to do, and the subsequent
  17 elements depend on the action. Possible values for the action are (order of
  18 parameters are given in parenthesis):</p>
  19 <ul>
  20 <li>ls (package):
  21 List all the users who have access to modify a package and push new versions.
  22 Handy when you need to know who to bug for help.</li>
  23 <li>add (user, package):
  24 Add a new user as a maintainer of a package.  This user is enabled to modify
  25 metadata, publish new versions, and add other owners.</li>
  26 <li>rm (user, package):
  27 Remove a user from the package owner list.  This immediately revokes their
  28 privileges.</li>
  29 </ul>
  30 <p>Note that there is only one level of access.  Either you can modify a package,
  31 or you can&#39;t.  Future versions may contain more fine-grained access levels, but
  32 that is not implemented at this time.</p>
