Stop using org.simantics.db.common.uri.URIToResource and favor Queries.resource(String URI) instead.
Anyway, fixed a problem in URIToResource, or rather ChildMapOfResource which caused it to fail
when a resource did not have a Name property which will happen eventually anyway.

Hopeful objmap/h2d fixes:
 - Made h2d Diagram elements list a synchronized collection, i.e. Vector to allow objmap to directly access it without causing race conditions
 - Changed objmap MappedElementsRule to snapshot the collection returned by IRangeAccessor before iterating it to prevent ConcurrentModificationExceptions from happening. Atomic snapshotting is not possible if the accessed range Collection field is not a synchronized/concurrent structure.

Changed remaining places where InstanceOf statements are claimed to not claim an inverse HasInstance by using null inverse relation.
This was done because in almost all cases HasInstance statements should not be created.
In general, HasInstance statements can be used only when it is known that there will never be vast amounts of instances of some type.

WARNING: modified org.simantics.db.ServiceLocator API for Simantics 1.0.

ServiceLocator.getService will now throw org.simantics.db.exceptions.ServiceNotFoundException
if a requested service is not available.
ServiceLocator.peekService was added to work as getService worked before this.

I scanned all uses of ServiceLocator.getService and changed them to peekService where needed.

PLEASE, check your own private code for places where you are using getService when you should be using peekService instead.
Most of the code I scanned through already worked according to the new getService specification and would previously just
have caused an NPE if the service was not available.

Also regenerate your databases to get new resource java files since OG had to be changed to use peekService instead of getService
in the resource files.
