There's currently no resolution or workaround for this issue.
Mostly these seem to be related to graphics card drivers and possible bugs therein.
 
The only advice we currently have to give is to:
* Update to the latest JRE/JDK
* Update your graphics card drivers if possible
* Try changing between D3D, OpenGL and software rendering
